Work has begun on one of the most important medical advances in the history of Panama City Beach. Today, the United States Marine Technical Center celebrated its grand opening, with Neal Dunn, Republican of Florida, and the mayor of Panama City Beach, Mark Sheldon, as well as TMH's vice president and director of health operations, Andrew Starr, and other local officials from the Bay County area in attendance. The new Suzuki facilities will generate 20 to 25 jobs in our local area, and the presence of two renowned institutions – Moffitt Cancer Center and Florida State University (FSU) – will bring many benefits to the local community.
